Aggregated, non-identifying signals such as page paths and approximate region — used to keep the library responsive.
We hold very little about you.
No accounts, no sign-up, no purchase flow. The signals we keep exist purely to maintain the platform and to confirm that the library loads cleanly across regions and devices.
Our promise. Fincrest never asks for sensitive data and never sells what little we collect. Every signal is opt-out friendly and reviewed by a human, not an algorithm.
What we collect, in plain words.
A small set of session and preference cookies. We do not place advertising cookies and we do not sell cookie data.
Partner studios may load their own diagnostics inside their title iframe. Those signals stay with the studio under their notice.
Analytical signals are kept only as long as needed to spot trends, and pruned in line with general practice.
You can ask us to delete any signal we hold that relates to you. Reach out via the contact page and we will follow up.
We do not build profiles across other websites, and we do not pair browsing data with marketing identifiers.
Your rights as a visitor.
You can request a copy of any signal we associate with you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it permanently.
- Reply pace: in line with general practice.
- Verification: lightweight, no document upload.
- Outcome: written confirmation by email.
Where we rely on consent — cookies beyond strictly necessary ones — you can revoke that consent at any time.
- Cookie controls inside your browser settings.
- No dark patterns, no recurring banners after refusal.
- Functional minimum continues to work.
