These Terms govern access to and use of the Fincrest platform, including the homepage, the title library, and any related pages or features (collectively, the Service).

By visiting Fincrest you confirm that you have read these Terms, accept them in full, and meet the age requirement set out in section 2. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please close the page and do not use the Service.

Fincrest is intended exclusively for visitors aged nineteen years or older. Anyone below that age must not access the library or launch any title, regardless of supervision.

We may rely on technical measures and self-declaration to enforce this restriction. Misrepresenting your age constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Every title on Fincrest is a purely social interactive experience. No in-title item, score, currency, or outcome carries any real-world value. Sessions are designed for entertainment only.

• No financial transactions occur on the Service.
• No in-title resource may be exchanged outside the Service.
• No promise of any tangible return is implied at any time.

You agree to use the Service in good faith and in compliance with applicable law. You will not attempt to circumvent age controls, probe the platform for vulnerabilities, scrape content at scale, or interfere with other visitors.

Reverse engineering, automated access, and unauthorized embedding are prohibited unless we grant written permission.

All assets you see on Fincrest — logos, copy, layout, illustration, and the title artwork supplied by our partners — remain the property of their respective owners. Licenses cover use of the Service only and do not transfer ownership.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or build derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Several titles are operated by third-party studios and are loaded inside the Fincrest interface. Their behavior, availability, and performance are the responsibility of the operating studio. We curate, but we do not produce, every title shown.

The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fincrest disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We may revise these Terms when the platform evolves, when a new title is added to the library, or when regulation changes. Material updates will be reflected in the date below.

Continued use of the Service after publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
